Enquiries and quotations
Website package descriptions are general travel ideas and do not guarantee availability or a fixed price. A written quotation should confirm travel dates, traveller details, accommodation, transport, inclusions, exclusions, taxes and payment terms.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after the company communicates confirmation and the required payment is received according to the agreed terms. Hotel, transport and sightseeing services remain subject to availability and local operating conditions.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers should provide accurate details, follow local rules and safety instructions, and check any permits or documents needed for their route. Weather, road closures and other conditions may affect mountain travel.
Have these terms reviewed for your actual operating and legal requirements before publishing.
